Booking/Cancellation

Cancellations & reschedules that occur on the day of your appointment (or less than 24 hours to your appointment) will be charged a fee of 50% of the service(s) scheduled. Clients that fail to show or miss the appointment will be charged a “No Show” fee, which is 100% of the original cost of the scheduled service(s).

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation .Please have your credit card ready when booking. If you agree to receive emails and texts from us, we have an automated appointment reminder.


You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method payment.

Covid/illness

To protect the health of our staff we ask that you ensure you are in accordance with the following guidelines before booking an appointment. If you have an appointment reserved and do not meet these guidelines we ask that you reschedule your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Please do not book an appointment if any of the following applies to you;

You or anyone in your household are waiting on a pending COVID-19 test.

You or anyone in your household have been exposed to COVID-19 in the last 14 days.

You or anyone in your household have tested positive for COVID-19 within 14 days.

You or anyone in your household are currently exhibiting any allergy, cold, flu, or COVID-19 symptoms or have had these symptoms within 14 days.

You or anyone in your household are currently caring for someone ill.

If you must reschedule we ask that you please give us as much notice as possible so we may fill your appointment spot. Thank you
